Cameras/Video
CPT does allow photography and video in the compound. Visitors need to sign a photo release form for any photographic device including cameras (film or digital), video cameras, picture phones, etc. This form is simple and just requires a date, name, and signature of the artist. The form is acknowledgement that any photos/video taken in the compound are for personal use only and that the artist is signing over the copyrights to their pictures.

There is a fee per release of $3.

Commercial Photography
Photography and video used outside the scopes of personal use is allowed in the compound provided that the artist has a current agreement with CPT concerning use of the photos/video. Contact Pam Fulk to discuss legal arrangements.
